There are 4 modes of payment:

  1. Cash on delivery

  • For orders above $60, we offer free delivery islandwide.
  • For orders below S$60, there will be a $10 delivery fee.
  • For locations within CBD area, there will be a $3 ERP surcharge.
  • For delivery to Sentosa, there will be an additional delivery charge of $5.

Our reward program allows you to earn 1 reward point for every dollar spent. You may redeem a $10 voucher with 1000 reward points. What’s so great about our reward program is that there is no expiry date to your reward points! So feel free to redeem them whenever you want.

After clicking on the “Check out” button, you’ll be taken to a screen verifying your purchase and giving you your order number. Upon receipt of your purchase order, Beary will send you a confirmation email and we will contact you via WhatsApp to liaise on the scheduled delivery date and time.

Yes, you may self-collect at our showroom at 61 Ubi Road 1, Oxley Biz Hub, #02-37, Singapore 408727. However, do note that an advance appointment is needed. Contact us via WhatsApp at (+65) 8368 5958 to make an appointment before heading down.

Orders will be processed within 24 hours of ordering and we will deliver within 3 working days (excluding weekends and public holidays). If you have a preferred delivery date and time, feel free to let us know and we will try our best to accommodate it.

Unfortunately, as our inventory is not updated in real time, we may occasionally encounter situations where the item you have placed order for, is out of stock in our warehouse. In such cases, we will inform you via a WhatsApp text or email and recommend the next best product suitable for your pet.

Yes! If the product has a manufacturing defect, we are more than happy to exchange it. However, do note that contact must be made within 7 days of receipt. Invoice must be presented and the product must be returned in its original packaging & condition, unused and unsoiled. Customers are encouraged to check the items upon delivery.

Thank you for donating to the needy animals! Under the donation tab, you may choose from a variety of products and organisation that you would like to donate to. The items will be donated directly to the chosen organisation. There is no minimum delivery amount for donation.

No, we absorb the GST.

No, currently we do not take international orders.
